  • We coordinate everything for you, but the actual repair work is billed separately and paid by the owner. If you maintain a reserve fund with us, we can pay the vendor directly on your behalf for added convenience.

  • Yes, we offer an optional add-on for 24/7 rental property support. Without this add-on, our coordinators are available during business hours to assist with urgent issues and will help prioritize fast, reliable service when needed.

    Please review the 24/7 Support Agreement to fully understand how after-hours service works. For rental properties especially, we may require reserve funds or pre-approved consent to dispatch a vendor if we're unable to reach you in an emergency.

  • Yes! Whether it’s your primary residence, secondary home, vacation property, or investment property, we handle all the coordination. Please note, there is a fee for tenant onboarding for rental properties.

  • Never. We believe in full transparency. All fees charged by Dwell.Care are clearly outlined in the Fee Section of your agreement.

    Regarding services, you will approve all service estimates before any work begins. We do not charge hidden markups on vendor services—what the vendor quotes is what you pay directly to them.

  • Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Our service commitment is simple: we aim to save you money by connecting you with the right vendors, securing competitive quotes, and saving you time by handling the entire quoting process.
